Trilby Plants’ first story won a blue ribbon at the Montana State Fair when she was ten. She has been telling stories ever since.
Plants is the author of several children’s picture books: Hubert Little’s Great Adventure, about being helpful, and Hubert Little’s Great Wish, about being happy with who you are. Meena Mouse’s Perfect Raspberry is based on an event that happened to an ancestor in the 1800s. In Happy Holidays, Meena Mouse, a small mouse learns the true meaning of the holidays. Plants has published poetry, creative nonfiction, short stories, fantasy/horror, and romantic suspense. A proud member of the South Carolina Writers Association, she lives in Murrells Inlet, SC, where she writes, knits, and creates animated book covers and video book trailers. |
