Roxanne Winkler has over 20 years experience as a legal assistant/paralegal assisting counsel in civil and criminal law. Her lifelong passion of writing and publishing a novel came to fruition in December of 2012 with her first novel "ADMISSIONS OF GUILT." She lives in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband, Jim and their dog, Shelby. They own a vacation home in Florida where they enjoy fishing and cruising the waterways. Roxanne volunteers for hospice during her spare time and is currently writing her next novel.
