Rod Richards is the founder and owner of Richards Consulting, a mentoring firm that specialises in practical and innovative solutions for small business entrepreneurs. Beginning his career as a shop assistant, he ascended the ladder through many levels of management before finally launching his own successful business. In 15 years, Rod has worked with over a thousand businesses, helping many of them grow into sustainable levels of operations and win local and national acclaim.
His most notable business ventures to date include running a fashion retail chain of 24 stores and 120 staff, managing and redeveloping shopping centres, and currently assisting businesses in the fulfillment of their goals and ambitions. Rod lives on Australia’s Sunshine Coast with his wife and their standard poodle, where he enjoys classical piano, fitness, reading, surfing and family activities.
