Pierre Charette is a French-Canadian born in Valleyfied, Quebec Province, who became a historical figure in the war on drugs in the United States and Europe. His adventures spanned a heart-pounding 33 years as a police officer, undercover detective and DEA Special Agent throughout the United States and around the world.
