Patricia Langdon-Davies
An English woman's voyage into the virgin and somewhat bizarre Spain of 1950 and her double life existence between the UK and Catalunya until the present day.

Memoirs / Travel / History
We lived all those years, and most of our family still live, in this top right-hand corner of the peninsula which is Catalonia. The years have brought changes of course, and we curse and rejoice all in one breath as the inevitable progress occurs. In fact a suitable sub-title to these impressions of sixty intermittent years here would be ‘All the reasons why we live in Catalonia and sometimes wish we’d never set eyes on the place but wouldn’t go away if they paid us’ |
