Norma Hickox

Norma Hickox is a professional musician. She plays and teaches six instruments and composes music. She have been an organist and choir director for many different spiritual denominations and has also taught vocal music in private elementary and pre-schools. In the past Norma played in the pit orchestra for a musical theater group and also in a dance band, eventually having her own dance band.
Norma has played for many different occasions including some TV appearances. She played the wedding rehearsal dinner music attended by Roy Rogers and Dale Evans for their son Dusty, and has played for movie and TV personalities and the governor of Colorado and finally, the ultimate, she played for the President of the United States. This was President Ford and the occasion was a Christmas Eve church service in Vail, Colorado. Norma lives in Simi Valley, California with her son Neil and his family; wife Claudia, daughter Fiorella and son Leland. Neil is a computer scientist and an amateur photographer and has helped her very much with her books. Along with music, her career has also included involvement with the arts of painting, writing, dance and theater that led to her writing two musical plays with original music. |
When she began composing, the music and lyrics would flow into her head in complete form. A year later she began to receive information from a spiritual source that flowed in the same way as the music. This material is the Chrysalis Teachings and is based on the Science of Music, which is the fundamental vibrational order and creative nature of the universe.

The first volume of The New Millennium NoteBooks is The TimeLine of Eternity. It is based on a small portion of an actual timeline running from the beginning of time to three hundred years into the future. I use the timeline as a dividing line between the physical world and the unseen, ethereal world. By putting the events in the physical world above this line I have attempted to correlate them with events shown underneath the line that happened at the same time in the ethereal or unseen world. We learn how it all began, starting with an inside look at the “big bang.” From here we progress to a look at the Creator’s mind and follow the birth and development (creation and evolution) of our universe, our galaxy, our solar system and our planet with the different kingdoms including the human kingdom. There is a dividing line in each kingdom where a major leap in evolution took place. If you think about each kingdom carefully you will be able to see the dividing line. The elements are the exception. They go through a three-stage division. Each of the other kingdoms goes through a two-stage division. The minerals go to gem stones, the plants go from annuals to perennials, the animal go to humans, and dead light goes to live light. In the atmospheric kingdom it has to do with pressure and in the astronomical kingdom a nebulae becomes a star. All of these kingdoms have a definite dividing line.

The second volume of The New Millennium NoteBooks is “The Fantastic Human Being.” In this book we learn of the chakras and their relationship to the organs of the physical body and how this knowledge can be used in healing. The field of the chakras has never been documented as a full-fledged field of medicine, but indeed it should be. The chakras, being the point of energy that reincarnates each time, are where the divine spark is embedded. Which chakra this spark is embedded in is determined by what stage of evolution one is in.. This book also helps us understand the development of our brain. Most of our lives we have heard that we’re only using a mere fraction (ten to twenty-five percent) of our brain. This material tells us how to access the rest of it and also of the remarkable feats our brains are really capable of. we have the brain separated into the left and the right sides. The left deals with physical growth, our exoteric (outer) life and the right side deals with our spiritual growth, our esoteric (inner) life. Now we need to divide the right and left sides in half giving us four parts to the brain. Each of these divisions has three levels, with each level having twelve stages. The lower left division, sections 1-2-3 deals with our physical bodies; the lower right, 4-5-6, our emotional bodies; the upper left, 7-8-9, our mental bodies; and the upper right, 10-11-12, our spiritual bodies.

The third volume of the New Millennium NoteBooks is “The Awesome Realm of the Soul.” It it we learn why reincarnation is the only logical way to structure the universe. We also learn how the soul’s progress is charted and how the different incarnations are planned in the birthing-computer rooms. The process of birth into the physical realm and birth into the spiritual worlds (death) are explained. We are told of the many opportunities for growth that are present in-between lives on earth. We also learn of the requirements to achieve eternal life. The soul is the original spark of the Creator's mind that was released during the explosion at the beginning of creation. The Creator's purpose in shattering Himself was to learn, grow and evolve and experience His planets. He could not do this as a whole mind. He had to individualize Himself in order to enter the animal/caveman bodies that populated the earth and build a conscience in each and every form he took on. It is the building of this conscience in each life that allows the spark to evolve, as all of humanity must gain this conscience. Any spark that does not do it's share of raising the consciousness will not progress.The divine spark can never be destroyed. It can be held back, (as a child in school can be held back from progressing) and be made to start over and work its way back up on a different planet.

The fourth volume of The New Millennium NoteBooks is “The Exciting New Creation.” The New Creation is basically a grass roots movement of the people, rising up in consciousness to claim their birthright, their divine heritage. This divine heritage restores the rights of individuals. It necessitates each one taking responsibility for their actions and also their reactions to situations. This will eliminate the self-pity and martyr syndromes that so many are locked into. The New Creation is a New Beginning in Man’s mind. It is the shedding of out-dated concepts and teachings that we have inherited through the ages from those who came before us who, because of reincarnation, were really us after all. We were, of course, not as enlightened then as we are now. Because of this non-enlightenment, most true teachings were misinterpreted and teachings were instigated that furthered the power of the leaders of the people. The true teachings are, of course: • The understanding of the concept of reincarnation as the basis or foundation for all. • The understanding of the concept of the God Within, not an external God sitting on a throne up in the sky somewhere – “The Kingdom of God is Within.” • The concept of a double evolution – that of our divine self and that of our animal or lower nature, our physical forms. Because of this double evolutionary track, there is a double journey.

The fifth volume of The New Millennium NoteBooks is “The Compelling Spiritual Path.” This an attempt to explain the stages of the spiritual path and offer guidelines for climbing through each stage. Finding the pathway to enlightenment that works for each one takes much trial and error and many starts and stops. We learn of progress that can be made through the stages of the path and guidance on the path through different means offered to us. Each person needs to explore all these other paths, so they will eventually realize, after many, many lifetimes that the answer of the mystery of life was inside them all the time. It is all so very simple yet so very complicated only because man constantly rejects anything that appears to be simple. We are manifestations of the Creator God’s thoughts. There is but one mind, the Divine Mind, and we are all searching different branches of the one path that leads back to Divine Mind. If one needs to give this Divine Mind a form, such as a fatherly figure in robes, this is one branch of the path. If a person wants to think of it as one giant brain similar to a sponge in appearance this is another branch of the path. What is needed is for all to realize that no matter how they picture the Divine Mind, they are all talking about the same thing and they are all expressions of the thoughts of that Divine Mind.

The sixth volume of The New Millennium NoteBooks is “The Enlightenment of Self-Knowledge.” The soul is what one must contact to know oneself. To know who one truly is, is not one particular event or phrase that can be spoken. Ones true self is made up of all the myriad parts of oneself, including the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of a person. To know oneself is a combination of knowing what one likes to do with and for his body, to know what things will affect his emotions, what mental thought challenges him to aspire to higher thought and to know what spiritual concepts form the borders of his life. This book will focus on three main things – Attitudes, Goals and Karma. • Attitudes - An attitude is one’s own personal concept of an experience that one then takes into his universe as a rule to live his life by. • Goals - Each one presently on the earth plane chose two goals before entering – a physical goal and a spiritual goal. • Karma - Karma is the sentence that is “handed down,” so to speak, from the “judge” of your action, which is your own soul. It is your own conscience that determines your own wrongdoing that sets your own penalty or karma. You also determine the length of the sentence or karma that you owe to another.

Cataclysms: A New Look at Earth Changes

There is much confusion today concerning predictions of imminent cataclysms. Many people have been picking up information about cataclysms from within themselves during meditation. For some this information has been as memories about the long journey planet Earth has been on. For others it has been as visions into the future. Because of this it is very difficult to tell which is which, when standing in the middle of them. This is a part of the spiritual path that many people will go through, especially if they had previous lives in Atlantis. Part of the problem is with the fact that when a person sees a vision of an earthquake or experiences one in real life, to them it is a devastating cataclysm, while in reality it affects only a small part of the planet at one time. The devastating cataclysms that many are contacting in meditation are memories of earlier cataclysms which were world-wide cataclysms and affected the whole planet. Therefore, even when a psychic today has a vision of a “devastating cataclysm” there will not be world-wide destruction all taking place at the same time as in these other events. Even if California experiences the “big one,” it will still not be in the category of “wide spread destruction” that many people are predicting. In reality it will affect only a small percentage of the overall population and land surface of the earth.
