I've been writing since I was a child, I'm now in my early forties. Put simply, I don't merely adore writing; for me it's a compulsion.

Having discovered the joys of e-publishing, I finally have an opportunity to share my work more widely than before. I promise to take my readers on many interesting journeys; hopefully I'll make them laugh a bit on the way.

Other writers I admire include Sir Terry Pratchett who has a real gift for comedy and modern day insight. Wilbur Smith's adventure epics are legendary and beautifully crafted. The entertainment value of Chris Ryan's thrillers cannot be doubted. The ex-SAS soldier's tales are gripping, authentic and very accessible.

Regarding my own material, I more than welcome feedback, positive or negative, it all helps. I hope to publish many more e-books in the future, and I can't wait to hear what readers think of them.

Many thanks for showing an interest in my books.

Michael

Fantastic Summer

Short Stories

Sometimes bad things happen in good weather…

Your forecast for today: Mostly hot with patches of dark unpredictability. There could be a few storms brewing, best be prepared for the worst. Expect all preconceptions to swiftly disintegrate as time passes. Mostly watch out for floods of terror with the odd glimpse of comedy. Continue at your own risk; if you wish to proceed please take a few calming breaths before doing so.
