Michael Mondl has published a number of books in several genres since 1998.
The Timothy Jarrett Private Eye mysteries (written as Mack Thornton) are a series of books that take place from 1951 to 1952. Each book is a stand-alone novel that builds upon the events and characters of previous stories. Michael also writes science fiction novels under the name Morgan Drake and teen adventure stories as Avery Thornton. Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and is a two-time winner of the National Novel Writing competition. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest achievement offered by Toastmasters International. Mondl is a stage actor, director, and musician. He worked as a computer programmer for Benton County, Arkansas for 14 years.
