She sells her short and easy course called Mindfulness 101. Her purpose for this course is to show people the destination they may have lost due to their frustrations. She wants a society where everybody uplifts each other and is motivated for living a peaceful, stress-free life. She is passionate about sharing her happiness. She believes that life is something to be lived and should be spent on encouragement. One should value and care for each other's feelings and emotions. We should help each other by giving the message of love and peace, leaving the battle of right and wrong, small and big, rich and poor so that this chaos and evil in the world can end. She aims to make a cruelty free society for her upcoming generations. Kelly finds pleasure in nature like forests, beaches, deserts everything which reminds her of existence. She loves that beauty which is probably lost somewhere in this crowd of the world. So she wanders around to enjoy the sights of nature. Her favorite hobbies are going to the beach and playing with the waves which gives her mind positive vibes. She loves to spend most of her time with her family because she believes that spending time with your loved ones gives energy that can beat any stress or rigidity of your life. She is a family-oriented person. Now she is spending these beautiful moments of her life in Southern California, sitting in her garden while drinking her favorite cup of coffee and spending time with her three grown children and grandchildren. |
