Covid took most of us down a different path in life. Mine didn't include writing for a while, but now I have a new book at the editors. I'm now almost 73 years old and still learning new things.
MRPERFECT.COM was a finalist in the Thriller 2015 IAN Book of the Year Awards. Something I'm still very proud of. IN THE GENES (renamed DEADLY FRIEND - MRPERFECT.COM PART TWO) was released in 2015, which picks up where MRPERFECT.COM ended. Just when Dawn thinks it's safe and her life is back to normal, the Madness starts all over again. After living in ten different states, I think my husband, two Boston Terriers, and I have decided south Georgia is our forever home. |
MrPerfect.com
Romance/Suspense/Thriller
Divorcing at fifty and starting over in Virginia is far from being the hardest challenge in Dawn’s life. Overcoming the loneliness and feelings for her ex would prove even more difficult. One night, over too much wine, her friend Cindy fills out a profile for the online dating site, MrPerfect.com for her. It’s not long until a virtual flirt turns into an every night cyber date with a handsome man in Montana. Before the summer is over, Dawn finds herself hiking around the beautiful and wild front range of the Rockies, having a grand time and enjoying life again with her new love interest. Everything is all good until Dawn finds herself up to her neck in all things bad. Lost, hungry and injured, she fights to escape the madman, only to realize the wilderness will probably kill her. MRPERFECT.COM is a story of a woman’s will to live and love again. |
Deadly Friend (MrPerfect.com - Part Two)

Slowly making new friends and gaining the confidence to take a part-time bar job, life was better than it had been for a long time. Then, the past Dawn had tried so hard to forget caught up with her. Awaking to her worst nightmare, beaten, bound and bloody, Dawn dared not move, fearing she would wake the monster in the room. The man sleeping in the chair looked like her friend. Something was horribly wrong. |
