In this cumulative tale, PIGGLETY PIGGLETY POO, a formula-predictive pattern brings to life a menagerie of silly animals. Beginning with purple pigs in a petunia patch, add in a few monkeys mucking about, maybe a frolicking frog or two and the next thing you’ll know is you’re in the middle of the wackiest, wildest animal caper ever. Each line builds this tale into increasingly, deeply-nested nonsense verses full of alliteration and repetition making it a great Read Aloud story.

The Many Worlds of Mr. A. Skouandy & Other Stories from Oakwood Sanatorium
Summoned to Oakwood Sanatorium, Dr. Blanchard struggles with the strange occurrences linked to a man abandoned in the hospital’s lobby. The bizarre situation he’s been called to evaluate triggers an internal conflict between science and spirituality and leads to decisions that shake his beliefs and calls his own sanity into question. In the end, no choice remains but the acceptance of the cruel reality of his life.
This short story cycle is a blend of psychological suspense, horror, soft science-fiction, alternate universe, and alternate history, thematically tied together by outcomes that are unanticipated, unintentional, and always unexpected.
The Many Worlds of Mr. A. Skouandy, the title story that bookends the nine tales in between, is presented in the postmodern collage style, including admission forms and patient sketches before each piece and doctor’s notes after each. The stories can be read separately, but when read sequentially, a much larger story is revealed, generating this unique psychological horror novella.
That's Creepy, Santa! The Trilogy
Most families have traditions they pass down through the generations. And marriages create new traditions, but they also include the spouse's family. But, for Maya, it was both terrifying and devastating.
Usually, Santa evokes joy and excitement during the Holiday season. Not this time. Christmas Eve dinner for Maya, her husband, and the dreaded mother-in-law starts a horrific family tradition of paranoia and evil tendencies.
Where one sister, Maya, finds herself serving two life sentences in prison, another, Grace, is spending the rest of her life trying to make up for the evil doings of the other. But then, there’s Jillian, Grace’s daughter. What tradition will she uphold? Will she choose evil or redemption? Only Santa knows the truth—after all, he is a magical being, full of goodness and light. At least that’s what we’ve all been told.
