John Robinson
I am a complicated mind living within a simple body. My current hobbies include washing, sleeping, playing the guitar, playing Xbox360 games, Aikido, talking to my wife and reading for university. Oh yes and I am also a self-published author. I have also had my share of run ins with authority in the past, leading to my presently being...currently on a community treatment order for a mental illness. Please note I got out in January 2012, and have been living in my own house since then! I am also studying for my undergraduate Sociology degree at Derby university, which is going well. My wife Margaret is the number one figure in my life, and dare I say my stepdaughter Michelle follows as a close second. Watch this space to see how their visa application and consequent appeal goes...Margaret and Michelle were successful in getting the visa to move to the Uk in July 2013

A Patient in Time: Jojutsu
Fiction
Along with the rest of my books, A patient in time: Jojutsu is an at times riveting, at others difficult and at still yet others colourful mix of short stories (parables) and frivolousies taken from difficult moments in my life, and ripped to the page for all to see. Also concerns my (beginning) investigations into martial arts on the web. |
Fighting MadnessFiction
Fighting Madness is a glimpse into the mind of a Paranoid Schizophrenic. The writings within range from personal memories, stories of fictional characters and adventures, Biblical rewrites and other pieces of fiction largely plucked from the hemisphere and displayed within these pages for all and sundry to garner. One of the tales within is about how I met my then to be wife, and how we kindled our romance. |
