I currently hold a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario. I am working toward my PhD in history at the University of Saskatchewan. My dissertation will focus on alchemical patronage networks in Elizabethan England, especially on those patrons who employed alchemists and those men who claimed to be able to transmute base metals into gold.
