Ian Breaker

Ian Breaker has had a somewhat meandering life through several business and academic pursuits, from Engineering, Psychology, Philosophy, Sound Technology and Production, to a mail order and direct mail business in the 1990s selling instructional manuals and courses.

In 2019, he changed focus and decided to write a book. With a lifetime passion for all things health and fitness and an aversion to seeing people too often being told what they want to hear rather than what they need to hear, he began with a book on weight loss, nutrition, and fitness (subsequently rewritten as a book on just weight loss).

In his spare time, Ian plays squash, writes code, designs sound, keeps fit and reads.
