Fleur Tamargo graduated from De La Salle University, Manila. Her passions include teaching, writing, debating and public speaking. She won First Runner up in the 2014 Toastmaster’s Philippine National Impromptu Speech Contest. Fleur currently teaches ESL in Seoul, South Korea.
