Born in Havana, Cuba, Fernando Cabrera emigrated to the United States at the age of nine. After a brief stint in Los Angeles, he moved to Miami where he dived deeply into the history and culture of that city. A fan of history and a Political Science graduate, Fernando brings passion to his story telling. He lives in his adoptive city with his wife Veronica, son Carlos, and daughter Karina.
