With over 50 years of experience in research and writing, Elven Lindblad is the author of the Books About Tulsa series, which is available in print and digital formats through local, national and international book retailers.
His most recent project is Tulsa Sounds: Contributions to American Music. This book tells the stories of Tulsa-area people who have influenced the worlds of rock and roll music as well as country, hip hop and rap, rhythm and blues, Christian, classic and jazz. In addition to his written works, Lindblad’s skills have been utilized in such diverse professions as health care and private education plus print and electronic communication organizations. His articles have been published in local, regional and national publications and he has worked for broadcast and cable television sports networks on local, national and international levels. A resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Lindblad is a member of the Tulsa Historical Society, the Independent Author Network and the Society for American Baseball Research. |
