Els Liesenborgs
I am a no-nonsense woman, a mother of three and an absolute lover of life. I am passionate about creating a life that is both fulfilling and successful and I want to help others do the same. I am a lifelong learner and am very open to new discoveries.
I have been working in large corporations for most of my professional career until I decided it was time for me to slow down. For 4 years I stayed at home and took care of the kids and the household. Those 4 years were the beginning of my transformation into who I am today. I took time to think things through, to figure out what I was about and to convince myself that there had to be more to life than what I was experiencing.
I went through some rough times, going from a divorce to losing faith in myself and in the world. But giving up was no option as I had to take responsibility for the wellbeing of my kids. So I stood up and fought back. I struggled my way through and regained consciousness from a very deep sleep I was residing in. Today, I am where I am because I take full responsibility for my thoughts, feelings and actions. I am thankful for the results I created and for the ones that I am going to manifest in life. I know now that everything happens for a reason and that you have two ways of dealing with circumstances you did not expect in life. I am conscious enough to understand the universal laws of life and I am doing the utmost to live what I preach.

Living Inside Out - How to become the conscious creator of your own life
Self-improvement
Many of us long to change our lives for the better. But the majority of us are ambivalent about it and some of us are just downright afraid of it. However, when life throws you a curveball, what do you do then? In Living Inside Out, Els Liesenborgs helps you understand that all you need to forge a new path forward lies within you. You may need some help from the outside, be it in the form of a cheerleading team, a mentor or a coach, but the choice and the commitment is yours to make. You hold the keys for a new, rich and rewarding life. Sharing the story of her own change, from a stifled existence which was cracking beneath the veneer of “perfect” to one that is filled with joy, passion and fulfillment, Els shows that you too can create the life you desire and dream of. This inspiring book encourages you to take an honest look at the obstructions that are impeding you from your potential and shows you practical and effective ways to undo them. In the mix of anecdotes, life stories from her executive coaching clients and lessons learned from her own journey, Els offers you a powerful book you can lean on and a map to get you from darkness to light, from helplessness to strength, from blocks to breakthrough. Her words will inspire you and will fan the fires of transformation. This is what she has to say: “rather than waiting for the external circumstances to re-arrange themselves so that it would be more convenient for me to make the change, rather than waiting for faith to show up, I would first find the faith in myself.” You will renew hope, revitalize your dreams and reawaken to your own greatness. That is the promise of Living Inside Out. |
