I've been writing for many years. In high school, I had a notebook of my writing. I wrote an ongoing story with my friends as characters, and my friends would start classes by reading what I'd added about them. The teachers didn't like that much.
When I had my first child, I worked part time, and wrote while he napped, leading to my submitting stories to Marion Zimmer Bradley for her magazine and anthologies. She published fifteen of them. When I retired, I began to write novels. It was wonderful to have the time to do this! |
