Lance McColgan
Lance McColgan was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1996. He received his bachelor's degree in political science from Thomas Edison State University, New Jersey in 2016 and lives in the scenic Berkshires of western Massachusetts, where he founded his own online business to design board games and craft stories that are wholesome and compelling.
What began as a short story to provide background lore for a board game grew into his award-winning debut novel, The Secrets of Shadowcrest. Lord willing, he hopes to continue developing the magical world of Cabalia for years to come. Aside from his work on books and board games, Lance serves as a regular letter carrier for the United States Postal Service and as an assistant pastor at Calvary Chapel of the Berkshires. With whatever spare time he has left, he enjoys reading a good book or playing any strategy games he can get a hold of. |
