H.E. Wilburson
British author and composer H.E. Wilburson is totally surprised to be receiving recognition for The Martian Diaries – his continuation of The War Of The Worlds. The classic H.G. Wells novel has fascinated him for years, and led him to create his series, initially as audiobooks featuring his own music and sound effects, then later as ebooks and paperbacks. The series has been recognised by several accolades, including five awards in the 2020 Los Angeles Science Fiction Film Festival (Audio Drama category).
Apart from The Martian Diaries, H.E. has adapted The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan, his first project combining text with music, which he hopes to release in the future. He also has several hundred pieces of music, and unpublished stories and poetry. He enjoys history, advances in science and listening to great music and story-telling. When he's not writing, he is passionate about composing music, and favourite hobbies include hiking, (especially in Wales), chilling in the garden, and creating new story lines for The Martian Diaries. |
